• All service fees will be outlined in the respective contracts or SoWs.
• Payments are due as per agreed payment schedules.
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable UAE VAT or DIFC-related taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business unless disclosure is required by law or permitted by agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Failures due to force majeure or third-party systems
• Maximum liability under any agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client in the last 1 month.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services:

• For breach of these Terms
• Upon expiry or termination of service contracts
• If required by regulatory authorities
• Clients may also terminate services with prior written notice as per contract terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the DIFC legal framework. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts in Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an “Effective Date.”
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
